About Agrisocial
AgriSocial was found by our creator and director Jesse Smith back in the summer of 2016. We started off as just a group on facebook, some where for people from the agricultural world could come to post photos, machinery for sale and just generally a place to talk farming. Our social media following grew rapidly in the first year and now we are at a combined following of over 15,000 followers. In 2017 we started planning and hosting Charity event raising much needed funds for local charities. We also have a wide range of merchandise for sale so head over and check it out.
Charity Events
We hosted our first Charity event in 2017 and over the years we have hosted Charity Dinner Dances, and of course our annual Charity Road Run. To date over the last 4 years we have managed to raise over £40,000 of much needed funds for local charities which are close to our hearts. Jesse Smith
My name is Jesse Smith and I am the creator and director of AgriSocial. I created AgriSocial because I wanted to bring the agricultural community together and like our slogan “Keeping Agriculture Social”. As we grew as a community and our following grew in the agricultural world i decided to utilise our following by planning and hosting charities events for local charities, I didn’t expect to raise much but just something to give to local charities. Raising much needed funds for charities which is close to my and all our hearts. In 2018 I won “Volunteer Of The Year” for my local town for my services to charities and volunteering work. so far over since I started this we have raised over £40,000 of much needed funds.
Treasurer
Jason King
Jason king is the Director of JMK Engineering, A local agricultural company providing welding/fabrication and repair services the agricultural industry. He has been apart of agrisocial from the very early days. Started of with just helping out with AgriSocial’s road run to becoming a Treasure. Agriculture is in his blood and agrisocial has followed close behind.
